Rope Elements

ROPE ELEMENTS

The Rope Elements are an assortment of ropes that are connected to go across the gym or hang from the ceiling. They are associated with the Adventure Learning Program and used on Ropes Courses. Student’s use their brains to solve the problem of how they are going to climb by using their muscles and balance to attempt each rope element. Students are encouraged to try multiple rope elements as well as to create a variety of different ways to climb on each rope element. A list of climbing challenges and rope elements is provided below.
The ropes are changed frequently to provide the students with multiple, different climbing opportunities. Ropes are attached at different heights, on angles and diagonally across the gym.
